5. Intellectual Property

Content, strategies, and materials created by Progress Marketing remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client.

Clients may not reuse, resell, or redistribute proprietary strategies or materials without consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Progress Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for services in the 30 days prior to a claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable, and no refunds will be issued for completed work.
